What is the cancellation policy?

You can cancel your reservation 7 days prior to pick up .

Our refund policy for car rental cancellation is

100% refund to your deposit if you cancel your reservation 7 days prior pick up your car.

How do I rent a car without a European license?

An international Driving Permit is a document that allow you to drive in a foreign country .

The driver’s* license must be valid for the entire rental period.  If the driver’s license is in a language other than English an International Driver’s Permit is recommended.  In all cases, a valid driver’s license issued from your home country must be provided, whether or not you possess an International Driver’s Permit.  You will not be allowed to rent a vehicle with only an International Driver’s Permit.

What happens in case my flight or ferry is delayed?

For custumers who are delayed due circumstances beyond their control  such us as a flight cancellation or vessel cancel depart due bad weather etc, we will not cancel their reservation but unfurtunately in this case we cannot offer partial refund of the agreed rental price

It is the best to contact us as soon as possible to let us know about the delay !!!

Our company consider a customer as ”non-show” only  if they dont notice us via email or telephone within 2 hours  for any delay of the pick up,

only then  company has the right to drop down the reservation .

What documents do i need to rent a car?

Typically, you will need to provide us a valid driving licence , passport or ID card, and  a credit card under the driver’s name

in case if you don’t have credit card , we can accept cash deposit or debit card.

What is the fuel policy?

The renter must return the vehicle with the same level of gas as delivered. (there is no refund if returned with more than received).

If the car is not returned with same level as picked there will be a charge only for the missing gas and NOT extra refulling charges .

What deposit is required to reserve a vehicle?

We require a 20% deposit of the total amount.

Deposits required to hold the reservation and ensure that you are commited to rent the car.

Typically taken via bank transfer or from credit card authorization

Deposits are typically refundable if you cancel your reservation in accordance of our cancellation policy.
